Down 14lbs

TW: mention of death

My mom died a while back and I was her full time caregiver as she was disabled and living with me.

My depression over it lead to a major binging episode and I got up to 301 lbs.

November 1st I forced myself out of my funk and cleaned my house for the first time in a month and then started cooking healthy again and did a few workouts.

I’m not fully back in it yet - right now just drinking my water and trying to eat mostly whole/healthy foods with one cheat meal a week - but I am so so proud of myself. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I am all alone with no friends or family in the area so wanted to share here with people who would understand.
