Maintenance calories: On it!
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): 35 minute walk maybe it today. 10/12 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 32121/19992 words. If I don’t finish this, I would like to donate some money to Nano. If I do finish this, I should find a suitable reward. Perhaps the winner shirt or some such? A nice journal? Something.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for getting to go on a date night tonight.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & make a to do list for the weekend. I’m productive as all get out but there will always be the one thing I forget, kind of like going to Target for milk & leaving with furniture, socks, a new sweater & no milk only in my brain. A list means I can make MILK the biggest thing on there, so I won’t forget. Side note, I don’t drink milk, so this is a whole ass analogy built on a LIE!
