Hello, I have been struggling with consistency when it comes to fitness. About 4-5 years ago, I lost 50 lbs in about 4 months and consistency/calorie counting was easy. Went through nursing school and loss of a parent and now I’m at 238 lbs. For about the past 3 months I’ve been knowing I need to lose weight, but every time I try, I end up losing sight of the goal. I am a Latin dancer and know that I need to get down to atleast 185 lbs if I want to do it professionally.
I know how to do it, it’s just getting a routine and being consistent. Any tips or helpful advice? I do work 3 night shifts (12 hrs) as a nurse.
