Hi, I need to talk to people that don't know me irl (: lol. I'm 14-years-old and used to be 180lbs (my height is 5'7), but I started losing weight because I wanted to get back into soccer. I'm currently 164lbs, so I thought I would be fine during conditioning. I was not fine. I couldn't run the mile and I was behind everyone during the suicides. My thighs were jiggly and now my legs are super sore. I hate it and feel like I should give up, but I know I can't. I even almost cried after practice, but I held it in because I don't want to look like a wimp lol. Anyways, I also feel alone, and I don't know how to fix that?? My whole team was split into groups talking and I felt so insecure because nobody would talk to me (not even my friend that I made when school started). Idk I might start jogging around my neighborhood to help get in shape since we only have conditioning twice a week. Anyone know how to build stamina fast??
