I found out a few months ago about how vegetables are low calorie.
I’ve struggled with binge eating for most of my life, and I noticed the solution to this was to eat more vegetables during my eating window. I’m talking 4-5 cups of spinach or 3 large sticks of celery.
To make the vegetables tastier, I started dipping them in hummus and it’s been AMAZING.
2 tablespoons of hummus is 60 calories plus 20 calories for the celery sticks. It’s a filling snack that’s barely 80 calories, and it’s how I’ve been able to fend off urges to eat junk food.
