Calorie intake

To consider: 26F, 5’4, SW: 186.9, CW: 177.3, GW: 140

I am currently going into my third week of exercise, meal prep, clean eating, calorie watching etc.

When I first started I was starving for obvious reasons, keeping around 1200 - 1300 intake, and obviously cuz I was eating like crap before working on myself. Now on my third week, I’ve increased calorie intake to 1400, however, I genuinely can’t make it to that number most days. I am just not hungry, some days I have to force myself to eat cuz i know it’s not good in the long term. Somewhat I make it to 1250. I’m not starving, I have lots of energy, I am happy. I sleep good, exercise good. Now many may say this is too low.. but what can I do if I’m just not hungry? Is this okay?

Thank you, had to vent. And yes I do add food to come with me that reaches 1400, but I just end up not eating it.
