Anyone know a good way to lose some fat?

I’m a type 1 diabetic and I’ve been working out since December. I dropped 30lbs and have maintained for a while now but by June I wanna get down a bit lighter. I been eating healthier and lifting and running but not much has changed elsewhere. I wanna slim down. I’m 178lbs now but with a BMI of 23%. Any tips? I’m 6’3 and eat over 100 grams of protein a day. I don’t eat any carby stuff or gluten in general and my diet is mostly tuna and vegetables. It’s a recent change but I would like to know something concrete. Most advice I’ve been given elsewhere is vague and confusing. If anyone here can help me out in any way that would be helpful. I wanna shred off 30lbs but maintain muscle.
