Am I being impatient or doing something wrong?

So I’ve been on this fat loss journey for over a year now, I know it can be done sooner I just had some ups and downs with this journey. Ups and downs that involve change of routine and mistakes being brought to the surface.

For reference I’m 6’0, started at around 225lbs back in May 2020, and I’m down to 205-210. Fluctuating constantly. I weighed myself last night and was still at 206, which I’ve been at for the last 3 months. tend to have 1-2 cheat meals a week, grab snacks like chips and gummy bears after the gym. I justify it by following IIFYM. But idk if that’s secretly being my downfall. I don’t count calories because I genuinely feel like I’m barely eating my maintenance as is sometimes. So I think there’s no way I’m over eating.

My cardio consisted of jumping rope 45 mins a day, 5 times a week and an 8 mile run at a nearby hiking trail loop in my city. But I cut out the 8 mile run due to significant strength loss at the gym. So I decided to slow down to just jump rope. 4 days of jumping rope for 45 mins, with 2 1 hour sessions. So 6 days total. In my 45 min sessions I burn around 500-700 calories. 1 hour is maybe 800? Along with weight lifting 4-5 times a week. I’m noticing my cardio doesn’t make me sweat as much as before, and I’m not as exhausted as I used to be. I hope my body hasn’t adapted to it already cause it’s really all I have as far as easy access cardio.

I guess if I want the right advice I guess I gotta be honest about my diet. My diet fluctuates a lot. After the gym I’ll eat about 4oz of egg whites and 3 whole eggs and some extra protein along with it like magic spoon, chicken breast, steak or steak tacos. Sometimes fish. Then for dinner I have probably some more chicken or steak depending on the day. But this is the general of what I eat.

I quit my job due to different circumstances and continued to take time off work to give this my full dedication (I have a lot saved up) but I’ll be returning to a new job very soon and I’m not where I want to be and i’m worried I won’t be as dedicated as I am now. I’ll do my best to keep my same consistency but I know how jobs leave us tired and just wanting to get home and lay down all day. So my question is, am I doing something wrong, should I add more cardio, ease off the snacks, or just be patient? I’m at 15 or 14% bf and hope to get to 10% by say.. February? Sooner the better honestly. Is this possible with my current routine? Thank you
