Hello,
Im 17 years old, I'm 5'6 and I weight 290lbs
Everyone have told me to loose weight and honestly it makes me sad that I let myself get this way and when I get sad I get lazy and skip my workout.
I really have a problem with consistency and just general motivation. I'm obese at such a young age and I don't know where to start. I'm trying to buy as much healthy food as I can but with no transportation it's hard for me to shop at the right stores. Most of my money goes towards my rent and I just feel like it's hopeless.
Can someone give me advice on what should I do to maybe get the ball rolling towards a healthy bmi?
