Happy Monday! I hope you all had a productive but still gentle day!

Maintenance calories: On it! Got to add my post workout & yoga snack.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): 30 minute lunch walk, 30 minute stationary bike & some lower back stretchy yoga business. 6/8 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 20703/13328 words.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for quiet time. Busy weekend left me a bit wiped out.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & I remembered my medicine. It was the right choice for my mental health to work out at home today versus the gym.
