Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for connecting with someone over the Golden Girls & being able to do nice stuff for people I care about.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & I remembered my medicine. Also getting some quiet time in. I've been cruising at almost sensory overload all weekend & I'm learning to negotiate that better.
