Hello losers! 5 days of tracking food in MFP! That’s the biggest shift in being accountable I think.
Haven’t had any more salad, it’s been too cold, lol. But I have stuck to my calorie goal 4 of the 5 days. I over ate a little on Saturday, maybe 300-400 calories.
I got on the peloton once but walked to and from the office a few times which counts towards movement!
I’m 2.5 pounds down. Hoping I can keep it off until Sunday, but I’m also allowing myself a little bit of cheese, and some flan for dessert for Thanksgiving. I’ll compensate with some longer rides on Saturday and Sunday.
We can do this people!!!
