Wednesday! Hump day. Some of us in the US are lucky enough that today is our Friday.

Maintenance calories: On it today.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): Lunch walk & stationary bike/strength. 19/24 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 51474/50000 words. Nailed it! I'm still working on it, honestly. Content wise I’m not done. I knew there would be a lot of extra stuff that wouldn’t be pertinent to the final when I started so I kind of expected that.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for being able to have a short week & spend some time with family of choice & sneak in some alone time.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & make time for exercise.
