Day 15! A Monday. A mildly hateful day of the week & that’s okay!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Got it this morning.
Maintenance calories: On it! Gotta go make binner with a side of veggies.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work 3 days a week): 35 minute lunch walk plus 30 minutes of stationary bike. 13/15 days.
Nanowrimo -1,666 words a day(replacing the journal goal for this month): 37580/24990 words. I'm in this weird place where I'm ahead of the word count but behind on where I expected to be content wise. Who knew I had so much to say damn kids. I'm a very quiet person in waking life but not because my brain is quiet, so I guess it isn’t that surprising.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for coffee & my work. Even when it’s frustrating for various reasons.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Thanks, I hate it. Today I'm glad I choose to drink lots of water & not skip my lunch walk. I'm sure there are others but those are importante!
