17 year old male trying to lose weight

During this quarantine I gained 46 (226) pounds. I have been overweight a year before quarantine (180). After appointment to the hospital and really seeing how I look like in the mirror for real. I realized I am extremely overweight. I also feel like I am being treated badly by school mates so there’s that. My problem is I don’t feel like I eat enough to be obese and I don’t know where to start to lose weight from. I am a minor and I depend on my parents for food and well they aren’t the kind to Change food eating patterns. Can someone pls give me a couple of tips on how to lose 60 pounds. And what I should expect and how I should go over this journey? It would be deeply appreciated cause I am lowkey scared of the journey ahead. I heard that there has to be a certain limits of characters and I hope that this is enough btw to get through.
