1 year update

SW: 198 lbs, GW: 165 33f. I went in for my yearly physical and was so excited to share my progress. I started a year ago, very depressed and feeling very unhealthy/ unhappy with myself. My doctor set me up with a nutritionist for a 3 month program. I learned a lot about having a relationship with food. During that time I lost only 5lbs and didn’t feel very motivated. I was not upping my physical activity. I started to gain more weight. My nutrition program ended and I was back to being on my own. I joined a gym and didn’t even go for the first two months. A gym trainer reached out to me and asked if we could meet. I wanna cry thinking about it, but I’m so glad I said yes. For the past 6 months she has been pushing me to be a better me. I didn’t get on the scale at all these past 6 months but was seeing a change as I dropped clothing sizes and my body felt tighter. I felt healthier. Well, after a total year of fighting myself, I weighed in at 175lbs!!!!!! I’m 10 lbs away from my goal weight. I hope to hit it by the time I turned 34 in February!!
