Hello folks!
Saturday! Day 5. I hope you’ve all had a lovey day today.
Goals!
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today, turkey taco salad for dinner.
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: Weigh in logged. NSV feeling like my silhouette is good.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30-minute stationary bike, posture poses, arm strength work & so much vigorous cleaning. 3/5 days.
Sober November: Yup. A little tougher on the weekend when one has more time to spend indulgently. 5/5 day(s).
Nanowrimo: Definitely finding my groove. 2613/5,000 words & X/4 write ins. Didn’t make time for this today but I have a lot of time built into my day tomorrow to play catch up. Going to spend some time on this after this post.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for having access to so many forms of media through the library system.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: White strips tonight & hopefully a bath.
