im ftm 17, 160cm and 145ish pounds (last weighed when i was sick in june), genuinely lost on where to start because i lost a bunch of weight a few years ago but now im back to where i was when i was 11, i try to play just dance as exercise when im at my mums but it just isnt helping, not sure what to do with food either since im extremely picky and only eat a few things, any advice? i know im barely overweight but i still would prefer to lose some weight
