Day 4! I love reading your updates! I’ll make some time soon to respond more, you guys are inspiring as heck! Keep kicking butt.
Onto goals!
Weigh in & log weight once a week, Thursday mornings: I forgot. I'll hop on tomorrow morning.
2000 calories a day (lose two pounds this month): On it today, hitting up a little stir fry this evening I think.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Stationary bike, light strength work for my arms & some stretchy yoga poses. 3/4 days.
Finish one section (year) per week: I’m closing in on my first section. I did the hard parts first so hopefully that’ll keep me going. X/4 years.
Today's gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for all the opportunities I have in my life to learn. The access to information, most of it free, I have is practically miraculous compared to even a couple decades ago.
Random to do list item I want to conquer today: Get in touch with my hair stylist.
How was your day 4? Anyone else really looking forward to Friday & the weekend? I could use a day or six to sleep in.
