Hello fabulous folks!
Day 9! Wednesday of this fine March month. It’s snowing where I am. Very pretty. Slightly annoying.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Got it this morning. 9/9 days.
1800-2000 calories a day, two pounds to lose this month: Dinner out last night, it’s all estimating but I think I overdid it if I'm honest. Tonight, stir fry with leftover roasted chicken! 6/7 days.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 35-minute lunch walk & low impact cardio with some strength work/stationary bike. 6/9 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Digital tappy tap today & I would like to journal before bed.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for how beautiful the snow was today. Sure, it’s chilly but there is something about a fresh snowfall. Quiet & serene.
Express intention (day, week, month or moment): I intend to make food choices for the long term versus placation in the short term. I also intend to keep the ideal version of myself in the forefront of my thinking because otherwise I'm not going to achieve that.
Respond to y’all one day a week: Attempted three times this week, doing ok! I need to make time for this sometime this week too!
