Day 12! How are you folks doing? Having a good weekend?
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remind self that it’s a number not a self-worth estimate: Got it this morning. 12/12 days.
1800-2000 calories a day, two pounds to lose this month: On it today! Doing a little corned beef for dinner. 8/10 days.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Vigorous cleaning & 40 or so minutes of stationary biking. I’ll probably also hit 10K. 8/12 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Digital tappy tap today & crossing items off lists!
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for perspective & some quiet time.
Express intention (day, week, month or moment): I intend to find all the rest & peace I need this weekend, plans and obligations be damned. A bitch needs to not care about anything for a while. I stand by this one again.
Respond to y’all one day a week: Attempted three times last week, doing ok! I want to do this both weekend days, I've got extra time!
