Started CICO and IF on New Year's day. I just tested positive for Covid and have zero appetite. Can taste and smell just fine, just no interest in food. What are your favorite healthy options when you don't feel good. I'm trying to get my macros and maybe a few extra calories because I want to give my body nourishment to fight this, but nothing appeals. Sorry for amy formatting issues, on my phone.
