For context, I'm M24 6'2", SW:343 CW: 332 GW: ??? maybe 225-250?
Started tracking calories and weighing myself periodically since the new year started, at the end of my second week, I'm down 11 pounds! I still feel plenty full enough to go about my day, not killing myself in the gym, and I can still eat what I want to, just more mindfully. I know the reason I am losing so much at the beginning is because I have quite a bit to lose, but I am glad to have some beginning momentum to keep me on task! Here's to a year of self-improvement!
