For context, my 500 calorie deficit (according to TDEE calculator) is 1700. If I eat even less than that is it bad for my body? I’m eating around 1300-1500 a day. My macros are 35% carbs, 35% protein, 30% fat and I’ve been practically hitting that ratio give or take a few grams.
Just curious if I’m ok eating a little less. I don’t even mean to do it… just have been hitting that many calories.
