I’m 27m, 6’0, weight about 198 lbs atm
I’ve been working out most days for 1 hour in a combination of strength and cardio training
It’s weird because I can fit in a medium shirt and I’m like 80% sure my waist has gone done a bit, but every time I step on the scale I weight the same
Im not counting calories but I don’t think I’m eating too bad: my meals consists of breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2-3 100-200 calories snacks in between.
I have a cheat day once or twice a week tho, but I don’t eat sweets that often
