I know that a lot of factors go into play, like genetics. But, I’m 22F and will be 23 by the end of my journey. I plan on losing about 100 pounds in the span of a year. I’ve been a bit chunky most of my life, becoming really overweight in the past 4 years. I’ve also yo yo dieted a lot and gained way too much weight in a super short amount of time.
You think I’ll have saggy skin when I’m done losing weight? I exercise at least a little each week
