I do not really have experience with any kind of workouts other than jogging and playing sports (never really did resistance training but I’d love to). Is there an app that will guide me (a newbie) through correct form and how to use various machines, or should I invest in a weekly virtual personal training session for a few months to learn how to train?
I had a consultation with one yesterday and I really liked her, but wonder if it’s something I really need or will enjoy. I’ve never worked with a personal trainer before.
Thanks all! If you have recommendations for PTs that do virtual sessions I’d love ti hear them. I’m particularly interested in working with someone who has gone through their own weight loss journey.
