I’ve lost 8kg but it seems to be from everywhere apart from the bit I hate the most (I know you can’t spot reduce fat). From the front it doesn’t look too bad but when I turn to the side this is all I see and I just hate it.
Eating in a calorie deficit, drinking 2l of water and exercising 3x a week. Just really afraid I’m stuck with this forever.
Did anyone else’s overhang improve with weight loss?
