Is not eating much protein really that bad?

Hey all, I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a while and am currently down 25 pounds from my starting weight (20 or so more to go until I hit my goal weight!) F 5’4 SW 175 CW 150 GW 130

I’ve been consistently logging my calories and realized that I’ve been way undereating protein! Only about 50 grams or less a day. Is it really that bad to not eat a lot of protein? And if so, any suggestions for low calorie protein rich meals/ supplements? I’m not a huge fan of protein drinks as they make me sick pretty easily with my IBS and I’m currently living in France! Thanks!
