I've lost my first couple of pounds (I know---not much, but it's more than I've lost in the last ten years!) but now that my period has started I notice my weight creep up a bit. I'm not eating more, so how much can we trust the scale while on our periods? And how do people avoid period cravings? I'm a newbie at weight loss so I really want to be as informed and smart as possible so it actually sticks. Sick of feeling like I'm slowly killing myself!
