Day 15, a wonderful Saturday indeed!

1800 calorie a day, do not adjust for exercise: 1950 ish today. I'm okay being around maintenance until I get a negative COVID test but I need to be mindful of ye olde slippery slope.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): Might have over done it today but I definitely got my active minutes. 9/15 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Would like to spend more time on this tonight. Made some lists this morning.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the internet having answers to questions like how to get wax out of cat fur. That’s the kind of shit I never thought I'd need answers to lol.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Today I’m glad I have stayed hydrated & tried to get as much rest as possible. I’m going to focus on veg & protein for dinner too!
