I lost 30 lbs in a month

And I needed it. Still missing about 14 lbs to my goal weight. Been trying to loose the lbs for years. The problem is I’ve been sick. The doctors still haven’t found out what it is or why my body “shut down” for a few weeks. I was totally broken, no energy for at least two weeks around Xmas. I suspect stress from work (working about 200% position in 100% of time) and problems in my relationship. But why should my values from all the blood tests turn out so bad because of that? Have anyone heard about that before? Sky high infection rates even if I have no pain, or no other traces from the blood tests. Feeling better now in general, without taking any medicine (bc they don’t know what to give me when they don’t know the cause), just vitamins and a lot of relaxing.
I’m scared it’s something serious (cancer) even if that hasn’t been mentioned from the doctors yet. I’m a mother of three underaged boys, and just need some encouragement.

Sorry if this belongs on another sub, or if I subject my worries on others.
