Title basically says it all. I’ve been able to go weeks without more than 1000 calories a day but I’ve read about how that can mess up your heart and muscles. Is there any way to know how much to eat so that I will lose weight but not so little that I weaken my body? It’s not hunger that’s the problem for me I can go without eating for days on end, but I know that’s probably not the best idea.
