Hello! I found “Eat Yourself Skinny” through a recipe posted on r/MealPrep and really love the recipes on there! They are so yummy and fit well into my budget for the day. Big batches also make it easier to meal prep on Sundays.
Usually when I search for recipes I get a lot of boring “healthy” recipes (most of which do not sound appetizing) and/or they only make 1-2 servings. I’m curious if anyone suggests some other websites (or recipes) for healthy cooking?
Here are a few recipes I’ve liked and figured I’d share with y’all to get things started:
Dark Chocolate Almond Butter Bars (my new favorite quick breakfast or dessert): https://www.eatyourselfskinny.com/dark-chocolate-almond-butter-bars/
Honey Sriracha Glazed (Turkey) Meatballs: https://www.eatyourselfskinny.com/honey-sriracha-glazed-meatballs/
One Skillet Sun Dried Tomato Chicken and Gnocchi (I sub gnocchi for banza pasta and use chicken breast): https://www.eatyourselfskinny.com/one-skillet-sun-dried-tomato-chicken-gnocchi/
Lightened-Up Cheesy Pastitsio (again I used banza pasta): https://www.eatyourselfskinny.com/lightened-up-cheesy-pastitsio/
