I’ve got this query for people who lost a significant amount of weight and were able to keep it off till years later.
I am on a mission to sustainably shed weight . Last time I lost 20kgs over 5 months and then gained it all back up again.
I’ve spread my weight loss program of loosing 20 kgs over a span of a year . I am realising I have a craving of snacking everytime I feel even a little bit of hunger .
How do you guys keep these cravings at bay ?
Also what are the changes that are now part of your life for healthy living ?
