Day 14, two full weeks into 2022!

1800 calorie a day, do not adjust for exercise: 1950 ish today. I'm okay being around maintenance until I get a negative COVID test but I need to be mindful of ye olde slippery slope.
Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): My body is not having it today. 8/14 days.
Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Would like to spend more time on this tonight.
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for roasted pumpkin seeds, good tires & the weekend ahead.
Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Today I’m glad I have stayed hydrated & tried to get as much rest as possible.
