Hey everyone, I was really supposed to get ahold of myself like a year ago with this shit but here we are. I want to slim down (all my weight goes to my stomach apparently) and build some muscle on me while I'm at it, but its rediculously for me to find any time to do it between going to school, having work after, and having homework to do after that. My infrequent off days are mostly me trying to catch up on everything that I haven't done yet, and while I try to get in whatever workout I can, I'm still limited. If you guys have any advice for me that would be great! One way or another I'll reach my goal of looking good and finally having some confidence back.
