This is coming from a person who went from 215 to 173 strictly through food with no workouts. I have never really worked out in my life and I hated sweating and exerting energy. I’ve been trying lose my last 30 pounds(to get to 145… healthy weight for 5’6) using my old diet but have been unsuccessful. Sometimes you have to shake up your routine and try new things to get new results.
I started going to the gym last week and mid last week I got on my first machine ever in the gym.
I actually love working on my mid section. It actually feels …. Good. Especially cause I am trying to give up wine. When I get the urge to go get some Pinot Grigio I go to the gym instead! Take this as a sign to sign up for a gym! My gym is only $15 a month.
I did 1 whole hour ! Then I did 30 more mins !
