Trying to find joy in movement!

Ftm22, 5'5.5, SW:230lbs-CW:204lbs

Hi all! I thought i would post some ideas i have to stay moving and active every day! I started from 230lbs and being so deconditioned that it jumpstarted two genetic conditions suddenly and seemingly out from nowhere. At this point all i have been doing is a walk/run once a week, it was perfect in the beginning but now I can feel that i'm not getting any more benefit from that so i need to up my activity. Here are some things i have in mind!

Just Dance for 30+ mins

Jump roping for 5-15 mins

Jumping jacks for 5 mins

Stand while watching tv for as long as i can handle

Stop asking my more active fiancé to get me things while he's up

Play with cats more often and for longer

... And that's honestly all i can think of for now. It's not much, but i figure these will add up just like little changes in diet add up. Please add some more in the comments! Little things we can do to just get moving a little more often! 😊
