Seeking guidance

On the suggestion of a fellow redditor, I downloaded an app to keep track of my calorie intake. I use BetterMe, the basic part is free so I don’t mind. Haha. But I found out I’m actually normally consuming around if not under 1400 calories a day. By that alone, I should be losing weight. But I’ve been sitting around 190-195 lbs for roughly a year or two. I’m active enough, but I’m staying at the same weight. I have lupus and ibs. And I’m wondering if anyone is in a somewhat similar boat, or has been, and if anyone has any suggestions? I worked out religiously for two months and majorly dieted, cutting out trigger foods and most carbs, and didn’t lose a single pound. I’m not sure how to go about losing my 40lbs of fat/extra weight. I would appreciate any help!
