30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 6

Hello lovely losers,

Day 6! I hope you are all staying safe, healthy & productive. Also, I realized I accidentally cut off one of my goals through a copy paste error, so it’s back & I have an entry for all the days so far.

Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Logged!

1800 calorie a day, do not adjust for exercise: I got a positive result for COVID so I'm letting myself go to 2000 if I'm still hungry. My appetite cues have been weird & my body is so tired, if it wants reasonable fuel (not cake or junk, she reminds herself), I'll fuel it. I’m still ending my days at a deficit so this is a victory still!

Exercise 5 days a week (strength work/tbar swings 3 days a week): 30 minute stationary bike was all this body was willing to do today & that’s okay. 4/6 days.

Writing project and/or journaling -1,666 words a day: Will do a little more after dinner. Way lower anxiety day & I am digging it.

Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for sunshine, the technology to have video calls & the feel of a nice pen or Sharpie.

Express gratitude to today me for good choices: Today I’m glad I got lots of sleep & planned a protein & veggie heavy meal prep. I’m also glad I took it a bit easier today. Good job me.

Your turn kids! How was your Thursday?
