When I eat carbs or sugar, I feel foggy and tired afterwards, so I would like to cut out these foods to have better concentration and focus. Overall, I feel like I am overeating which also contributes to the foggyness. I think that losing some weight will help me clear my mind up. My parents won’t let me lose weight even though I have explained this to them and my mom forces me to eat. How can I convince my parents to let me change my diet?
