Hey all. I come from a background of always being heavy from my teens and especially now in my adult years. While in high school though I always played sports and was really active and I miss that kind of team training aspect as an adult. I was wondering if anyone has found any kind of training routines or workouts that kind of giving you that same feeling of a heavy workout but only with yourself. Thanks 😊
