So, I (F22) lost around 20 pounds taking a 6 month dance class. Valid, of course. But then I lost another 20 after it was over with no exercise or strict dieting. Now, it's been 3 years since the dance class and I've managed to stay in the 160's without even trying.
Why did I keep losing weight? Why is it that my body seems to have decided this is my new natural weight range? Should I be concerned?
