Hi all, I’m wanting to lose some weight post baby. He’s 10 months old now and I’m not liking how I look about half the time. Ideally I’d like to lose at least 15 kg (33 lb) but hopefully more like 25 kg (55 lb).
Because of my hectic days with two kids, it would be easier not to think about breakfast and lunch. At the moment I normally have porridge with honey, frozen raspberries and banana for breakfast and my favourite lunch is currently scrambled eggs and vegetables on toast, vegetables vary depending on what I feel like. Is it bad to eat this at least 5 days per week or should I be changing it up?
Eating the same thing more often than not would be the easiest way for me to stick to a somewhat healthy diet.
