Hi, so I’m 18F, 5’8, 134 lbs. I’ve been trying to lose these annoying 7 lbs for as long as I can remember, but I just can’t live on any deficit. I’ve tried 1500 cals a day, but I was feeling so hungry all the time even with 90g of protein that I had to bump it up to 1800, but even now I’m still feeling like I’m starving??
I feel like I have no limits with food, and it scares me. If I stop restraining myself, I can very easily eat up to 4000 calories and I still don’t feel satisfied. Thankfully I’ve never been overweight but I still fear that it might happen.
How can I somewhat curb my neverending hunger? I constatly feel like such a glutton whenever I eat more than my 6’ brother or male friends
