So, as my title suggests I’m looking for an accountability buddy. Since Covid, my weight has only gone up. I’m currently around 180 (I don’t like weighing myself because it just causes unnecessary stresses and sadness) and I would like to be at around 130.
My issue is that I always flake out after a while. I thought that if I had someone on the journey with me I would do a lot better.
I’ve been trying to keep track of my eating through the Lose It! app and working out which I track on an Apple Watch.
I would like someone who I could send my food/exercise too at the end of the day and they could do the same for me.
I just need someone to hold me accountable so I can reach my goal! I’d prefer a woman as I’d be most comfortable with that but I’m not too picky
