Helping or hurting??

Hi all!! 33f, sw:217lbs cw:206lbs gw:150lbs

So……I’ve had some success losing around 10lbs in the last month by eating significantly healthier, trying to stay in a deficit, tracking calories on mfp, and working out. My question is, I mainly do cardio (walking, running, stairs) and then a few target areas on machines such as arms, legs and glutes….I mainly do the running because honestly I really enjoy it…I would love to incorporate more strength training as well. Only problem is, I don’t know where to start and I’m super nervous and get bad anxiety when I think I want to do any sort of weight lifting etc….I know that nobody is watching me, nor do they care lol. But I still just don’t know where to start at all ya know?? Am I going to continue to lose weight just by running? I usually hit the gym 3-6 days a week. Like I said I enjoy what I’m doing now, but do I need to strength train? What do I do? And how much? TIA!!
