How does everyone deal with the voice in your head that says "what's the point? Start your diet tomorrow! You'll never be able to keep it off anyway! Just eat the pizza in the fridge..." I find I get caught up in debating with this voice so much and I end up eating unhealthy anyway. How do you break the chain?
