Hi I am 28 this year…and i weight 127kg.
over the years i have tried to lose weight and have also lost at different stages but always regained. In 2017 i tried keto and it worked wonders tbh…but then in a year i gained the weight back due to lack of workout and of course old habits. Since then i have been trying to lose weight via sustainable balanced dieting and workouts but it’s not been 3/4 years to that…no progress at all.
When I look back i don’t think i have been consistent with the sustainable dieting meets workout plus steps routine….but i still want to try it. My brain on the other hand suggests that I should go back to low carb/keto and do what I did in 2017….
I am very confused now but i want to lose this weight……Life is now becoming more and more difficult as I get old… people who have been there and killed it…pls help…pls guide
